Self care for me looks like nightly meditation before I sleep, me time where I can watch inspirational and motivational videos, eating healthy high-vibe foods, physical exercise, being in nature, yoga, being socially and spiritually nourished. I definitely do not practice all these things all the time, but when I do, I feel like I am taking great care of myself and I see how much it makes a difference. What about for you? @betherebelmusic
Self-Care for me looks like "The Bible Experience" on Audible or reading and listening to inspirational and motivational videos that fuel my inner soul. I also love to go for nature walks with my fur baby, Coltrane Blu. @Nessa Dove, Yoga, and meditation are two forms of self-care that I'm moving towards consistently. @betherebelmusic Great question.🔥 #levelinguponcaringforme
