1 Thessalonians 5:17 speaks matter of fact in saying, "pray without ceasing."

This is something we can take for its literal meaning.

Our world is filled with challenges and distractions that, at times, can leave us feeling deflated.

These encounters can come at us at a break-neck pace. This is why we must pray at double the speed of

the issues to stay afloat in the troubling waters.

In addition to having an allotted time to spend with God, we should maintain a spiritual conversation with him throughout the day.
