Love this @kestenmusic! I would love this also. What types of tools/practices do you have or are interested in? I love group meditations, and have done some sound healing meditations with singing bowls etc that have been super relaxing and recharging. There is something about vibrations that our bodies respond to. Vibration of guitar strings, singing bowls or just music in general. 😄🎶
